Privacy Notice

Local-first data
Invoice details, saved cases, profiles, and payment records are stored in your browser using local storage. They are not uploaded to a ChaseKit server by this static MVP.
PDF parsing
When you upload a PDF invoice, ChaseKit may load the open-source PDF.js reader from jsDelivr so the file can be read in your browser. The PDF content is processed locally in your browser and is not uploaded to a ChaseKit server.
Payment data
Payments are handled by Stripe. ChaseKit does not store card details. After checkout, a ChaseKit server function checks the Stripe session ID, payment status, amount, and currency before issuing a signed restore token. Stripe may process payment, billing, receipt, and fraud-prevention information under its own terms and privacy notice.
Advertising measurement and cookies
ChaseKit uses the Google Ads tag with Google Consent Mode. Advertising and analytics storage start in a denied state, so no advertising or analytics cookies are placed on your device, and no advertising identifiers are read, unless you choose “Allow measurement”.
While consent is denied, the tag may still send Google a cookieless signal that an event happened, with ad click identifiers redacted. These signals are not linked to a cookie, a device identifier, or a profile, and are used only to count anonymous, aggregated conversions. If you choose “Allow measurement”, Google Ads cookies are set and conversions can be attributed to your visit.
Either way, the events describe product milestones only: invoice upload started, free email created, checkout opened, and verified purchase. Invoice contents, client names, email addresses, amounts, and message text are never included. You can change your choice by clearing ChaseKit site data.
Email drafts
If you open Gmail, Outlook, or your default mail app from ChaseKit, the draft subject and message are passed to that email provider so you can review and send the email there.
Support email
If you email support, your message and email address will be used to respond to your request.
Your controls
You can clear saved cases, profiles, restore tokens, and the measurement choice by clearing browser site data for ChaseKit. If you use a shared computer, avoid storing sensitive client data locally.
