What ChaseKit does
ChaseKit helps draft invoice reminder messages, calculate indicative late payment interest, and prepare an invoice chasing pack for UK freelancers and small businesses.
No legal advice
ChaseKit provides administrative drafting support only. It is not a law firm, solicitor, debt recovery agency, accountant, or financial adviser. Check your contract and seek professional advice before formal recovery action.
Free and paid
The late-payment calculation and the friendly reminder email are free. The £7 escalation pack is a one-off purchase that unlocks the firm reminder and final notice emails, the statutory late payment statement and notice of claim as PDFs, follow-up calendar dates, and a case record.
After Stripe confirms payment, you can download the documents straight away. ChaseKit also gives you a private restore link that restores access on another browser or device without an account. Keep it private: anyone with the link may be able to use the paid pack. If you lose it, email [email protected] with your Stripe receipt and we will restore access.
Voluntary 7-day refund guarantee
If the paid pack is not useful, email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of purchase with the Stripe receipt. We will refund the ChaseKit purchase price to the original payment method.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking invoice details, payment terms, interest rates, message wording, and whether statutory late payment rules apply to your situation.
